An intensive planting of grass to stop runoff and erosion at the platypus bend of Camp Creek

Environmental community planting day June 6 at the INglis River, CNR Austin St.

Between the showers of the previous week, we were blessed with a perfect day for planting at the Austin St. site at  the Inglis River.  A big THANK YOU to all that attended and made the day special and enjoyable. We expect the shrubs and grasses to thrive in this area and provide valuable habitat, especially  for waterbirds.

WHAT WE DO: We are a group of volunteers who work with community and different agencies to help fix environmental problems. We plant native flora, remove weeds, repair degraded habitats, and train and educate the public.
